These terms are an agreement between you and Amplify Digital Marketing LLC, doing business as Get Local AEO ("we"). By using the site or a paid plan, you agree to them.

The service

Get Local AEO checks whether AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini recommend a business, and gives suggestions to improve. AI answers change and we do not control them, so we cannot guarantee any ranking, recommendation or result.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page. We may change prices with notice before your next billing period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. See our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, and only submit businesses you are authorized to represent.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
